I was in Norwich for a wedding this weekend, I found this salon on google, I wasent disappointed. The hairdresser was called Milly, she listened to what i wanted and did a fantastic job on my hair. Unfortunately very disappointing. Showed a picture of what I wanted (from last year on my own hair) and was given a quote and appointment. Turned up. Was told they would never be able to get it that colour but they’d try there best- it was no where near the right colour, then proceeded to charge me more than I was told at booking. Also asked for shaping around my face with the cut and they barely touched it- doesn’t look like it’s been cut at all. Wouldn’t recommend and definitely won’t be going back. Hair has been so dry since as well (I go blonde every summer and this has never happened before).
I always ask for Evie as she is wonderful! Attentive, considerate and careful, offers opinions and suggestions where appropriate with absolute no pressure, and is always lovely to spend the time with. The salon is clean, comfortable, stylish, and I find all the staff to be friendly. No faults at all. The Gallery is on the pricier side (for me), but I am always happy so I go back!
I have had my hair cut by Mark at The Gallery several times now and I keep going back because he does such a great job, and we have a nice chat. It is also easy to call up and make an appointment. So many hairdressers I've been to always ask me what I want done, when really I want to be told what would suit me, and Mark does that because he knows how to cut and style curly hair. The prices are really reasonable for this high quality service. Thanks to the whole team at The Gallery!

Every time I've been here it's been a lovely experience. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Props to Mark for chopping off all my lockdown accumulated hair, it was no easy task and looks absolutely great!
I would 100% recommend Evie who did my hair today, she gave me beautiful blonde highlights and a cut and blow dry. She was super friendly and helpful and listened to exactly what I wanted. The other staff were also lovely and stayed back for me while I felt a bit faint. I will definitely come back again and recommend Evie to my friends.
