   I won't go to any other hairdresser now, only Nigel Alexandre. They treat you so well and make sure you're 100% happy with your hair. I always walk out feeling amazing. Would definitely recommend!

   Outstanding experience. Justin is a highly skilled hair stylist who always makes the experience relaxed and enjoyable. This was needed more so with the currently covid restrictions where the salon and Justin made sure everyone was safe and secure. Thank you for another 5 star experience with an outstanding hair cut.

   I have been here several times to have my hair coloured and I love the service they provide. My hair always looks amazing afterwards. Once had a trim as well that I was not happy with, but only because it was shorter at the front than I liked. Due to my overall experiences here they still get five stars from me :)

   I had a fantastic hair cut from Claire today. I have long hair and always put off having my hair cut as so much is usually cut off. Claire has magically managed to make my hair have movement and look really healthy without losing my length! Thank you i am very happy

   I feel compelled to write this review due to the appalling customer service I received today from the manager Justin, which is a great shame as my two teenage children had a good experience on Saturday when they were clients of Sarah and Clare. So much so I decided to book for myself. When I arrived at the salon, Justin was talking at length to a couple about cars at the reception desk. The salon was empty, there was no music playing and no other member of staff that I could see. Justin continued to talk with the couple about cars and I waited patiently for some considerable time whilst Justin continued to ignore me. Finally a member of staff came through and asked if I was being seen to. I replied I wasn’t, I was being ignored and I don’t like being treated as though I am invisible. Justin said “where are they,” when in fact a sorry would have been in order. I was then told by the member of staff the hairdresser was ill and that they had tried to contact me. Then silence descended. Neither she nor Justin asked if I wanted to rebook or if someone else could help. So I left. When I got home I checked my landline, mobile, text and emails and could not find any message from Nigel Alexandre. I can’t believe the discourteous manner with which I was treated. Justin clearly knows nothing of customer service or politeness. He is the manager and should set an example to his staff. He could of taken over and offered another date or hairdresser, especially as the salon had only one other client that I could see. They were not exactly rushed off their feet. I also feel aggrieved that I was put in the position where I felt ignored so that I felt uncomfortable and unhappy and now have had to spend my valuable time writing this and have now got to try and find another hairdressers before Christmas.
