   Terrible customer service ... Ordered a pair of oven gloves. When they arrived the colour did not match the colour in the picture. I returned them. No one was there to accept the parcel so the Post Office left a card, they did not collect it from the sorting office so it was returned to me. I sent it again. They refused to cover either of my postage costs! They offered me a £3 voucher off a future purchase - that's it. I responded to all their emails and have email correspondence and photos to prove it. Beware!!
