“I ordered the bits online and got a Tex the following day saying it's there and that I have 21 days to go and collect . Went to collect and there is plenty of parking and disabled bays , it didn't take long infancy there were several people in front of me but then they opened another till ,the young man also offered to take my things to the car as I use 2 crutches .would Def recommend, and WNT just be going to B&Q anymore”

“We set an appointment as we were feeling quite overwhelmed with the amount of items we would need to choose, and the information we didn't know (first time parents ). We were so lucky to have had Cynthia meet with us! She was organised and methodical in her approach, as well as so patient with our million questions! We also appreciated her approach to providing us with advice as we weren't met with the typical sales-y way of just trying to direct us to get whatever is most expensive; instead - she asked us about our lifestyle and expectations/requirements from the items we were looking to buy and provided her input based on that. We're not going to buy the items today, but know that when the time comes, we'll be coming back to this store and asking for Cynthia specifically!”

From the initial discussions, through to designing our new bathroom and finally to the supply, installation and full redecoration of our bathroom, everything has been completed to the highest standard. They have all been so helpful, always keeping us fully informed of progress throughout the project and offering solutions and options to any unforeseen issues that arose. The products and fittings installed are all of very high quality and the level of workmanship has at all times been meticulous and completed to a very high standard and at a very competitive price. Not only that but they always cleaned up any mess at the end of each day and are really nice people as well. We couldn't have asked for more and now have the fantastic bathroom that we hoped and dreamed of. “Lovely Horse Box Cafe on the coast line, right next to the sea swimming section. Staff were lovely and they've got a great selection of local products and snacks perfect for walking along the boardwalk or relaxing near the sea.”

“Really impressed. Good communication. Came promptly. Fixed a broken cistern and leaking kitchen tap with no fuss and great workmanship. Made good after fitting new toilet cistern within a concealed cabinet unit and left site very clean and tidy. Very fair pricing. Super friendly and polite as well. Would recommend highly.”

“Visited Holmbush store on 31st October mid afternoon to purchase a pair of trousers for elderly mother (101 years old!). Found pair she liked but too small so went to desk to order larger pair. We were served by very helpful assistant Jane H who told us there were no size 12s available in that store. But Jane did a search and came up with availability in Worthing (one pair left although slightly longer length) so we headed off to get there before closing. We were in luck and able to buy them and mum was very pleased. Thank you to Jane for her extra care and attention to our plight which is not often found these days!”

“Big store. Loads to see. Almost too much to do in one day. When I was last there I had a great experience with Wesley, very kind young man. Tried to buy a lamp and shade. Struggling to explain and be understood by one chair bound lady. But he came to the rescue. Avoid her. Wait in line for him.”

“Our daughter is 15 and has just got distinction in grade 8 piano - she has had a distinction in every exam she has done with Vic, which is a huge compliment to Vic. What is more important to us is that our daughter absolutely loves her lessons & has so much fun with Vic. As a result of enjoying the lessons so much, our daughter had the confidence to begin teaching others aged 13 - Vic is relaxed, cheerful :) & every lesson has purpose. Our younger daughter has also excelled & loves the lessons. It is rare not to hear laughter as they have their lessons together - Vic clearly enjoys the lessons as much as her students. Excellent all round piano teacher so if 100 stars were available, she would deserve them all!!!!”
