“We have just had our bathroom completely updated from top to bottom by FKB Designs and they have made an absolutely fantastic job of it. From the initial discussions, through to designing our new bathroom and finally to the supply, installation and full redecoration of our bathroom, everything has been completed to the highest standard. Reece, Aiden and Nigel have made things so easy for us with helpful advice as well as giving us great ideas to achieve the best possible outcome. They have all been so helpful, always keeping us fully informed of progress throughout the project and offering solutions and options to any unforeseen issues that arose. The products and fittings installed are all of very high quality and the level of workmanship has at all times been meticulous and completed to a very high standard and at a very competitive price. Not only that but they always cleaned up any mess at the end of each day and are really nice people as well. We couldn't have asked for more and now have the fantastic bathroom that we hoped and dreamed of. “We set an appointment as we were feeling quite overwhelmed with the amount of items we would need to choose, and the information we didn't know (first time parents ). We were so lucky to have had Cynthia meet with us! She was organised and methodical in her approach, as well as so patient with our million questions! We also appreciated her approach to providing us with advice as we weren't met with the typical sales-y way of just trying to direct us to get whatever is most expensive; instead - she asked us about our lifestyle and expectations/requirements from the items we were looking to buy and provided her input based on that. We're not going to buy the items today, but know that when the time comes, we'll be coming back to this store and asking for Cynthia specifically!”
