   Pretty poor service if you ask me. Originally enquired by email about additional cabinets for my kitchen asking for a quote. Email came back quickly telling me about the sale they have but quote was not seen until I showed up couple of days later in the store, person there was very relaxed chatting to members of other store, not surprised my quote was not done. Marcus will tell you anything over the phone and then deny in email. Told me about delivery of missing items on Monday and they said that I expected it on monday without reason, lol, really? He knew it was bank holiday but if he said it will be delivered I believed him. Anyway, moving on changed me for delivery of full kitchen even tho it was only few cabinets. Benchmark have three delivery charges £100 for full kitchen, £50 for just add ons and £20 for small stuff. I was charged for full kitchen and when asked about it he said he will check and come back to me, but never did. Still waiting for recipient of payment I made over the phone for over £700, asked many time but didn't hear back. Nearly two weeks ago.. Try branch in Hove, they are definitely more client focused

   I have recently purchased a kitchen and utility room and flooring from Benchmarx From start to finish it was a pleasurable and professional experience From the design stage from Evie to the delivery of the items everything went smoothly I was constantly updated and prompt communication if I had any questions The team of Evie and Marcus could not have been any more helpful with their product knowledge and ensuring I did not have to worry about anything They have excellent customer service skills and go beyond their job description I would highly recommend Benchmarx if you are considering a new kitchen or flooring Sharon
