   Dunelm Shoreham. Woman on checkout couldn't have lacked more Christmas cheer if she'd tried. That was bad enough. She was wearing a mask and needed to wrap 3 glasses in tissue paper. 3 TIMES she pulled down her mask and licked her thumb to separate tissue. 3 TIMES! That was Sam R. I shall be washing the glasses before I use them.

   This store have the best staff working together and talking to each other they make a great team with one cutting the material with perfect line to the team facing up reducing and directing another staff to an individual that could need a lot more help than they look like they need car parking space is nothing to do with dunelm staff or are the prices but the Staff will explain that and help you I could mention all there names not one or two you pay for quality and what you get is what you can afford in life I need to spend more These days I see many items the jars my day held pickled onions oils red cabbage in glass jars the Christmas decorations had glass or real home made blown eggs with nail varnish to paint faces home made paper chains with glue stick not staff just bulk item buy it's imported items become plastic for container transportation would they blow chicken eggs paint them for your Christmas when already making copy of 2026 degisns Soon self service and car charging more car park control I can't give nothing more in life as the single male giant shopper this is one of many I would only review

   I enjoy shopping in Dunelm. Sometimes you can get some great bargains, but normal prices can be a bit steep with certain products. I've always found the staff to be friendly, helpful and polite. Parking at the Shoreham branch can be a bit hectic at times depending on when you go.

   Overpriced homeware store unless there is a sale. Staff always seem to be inconvenienced by your presence and always a massive queue due to undermanned checkouts. The cafe here is ok but nothing to write home about. Clean, fairly priced but unexciting. Only reason this place gets 3 stars.

   Big store. Loads to see. Almost too much to do in one day. When I was last there I had a great experience with Wesley, very kind young man. Tried to buy a lamp and shade. Struggling to explain and be understood by one chair bound lady. But he came to the rescue. Avoid her. Wait in line for him.

   Served its purpose but not a particularly uplifting experience. Definitely a case of 'needs must...' Not helped by a sales team member pointing me in the opposite direction of where my item was actually housed!

   A consistently good homewares shop selling bedding, lamps and other homewares. I bought pillows and quilt covers and I'm very impressed with the quality. I've also bought a couple of LED ceiling lamps. If you've never seen or used these, they're very bright and can usually be used with a dimmer.

   Better stocked than the Rustington branch but beware; they offer an online receipt if you give your email address. I tried this but the staff member didn't get my email address right and I never got the receipt. I returned to the shop to get a real one and had to wait an age so, get the real one to start with and save yourself some grief.

   Great place for home goods of all descriptions, that's all great but the service at the till is another matter that needs addressing, staff continue to stand behind the counter chatting while a large que forms trying to pay and get on with their lives. On several times I have walked out and bought elsewhere. If this could be addressed it would be a great shop.
