   I have been to many spa hotels for treatments. This is definitely my favourite. The treatments were excellent the products were locally sourced, the scents were wonderful. The staff were friendly, professional, kind. We are coming again soon.

   Really nice spa and facilities, our only issue was that we both had the same treatment but had completely different experiences. During my facial, she wrapped the towel over me so I was “cocooned” and massaged my feet and legs, my mum had none of this for hers and was finished 10 minutes before me. Also, we had an issue with a member who told us the swimming lane was “hers” when she was at the end talking, instead of actually swimming. Our light lunch was nice too

   My friends and I have just come back from a Twighlight package. Full use of the pool, sauna, steam room, and hot tub. Dress robes towels and slippers and a complimentary drink £25 per person. It starts from 4pm-9pm. The lady on the phone said they leave at 5 pm, but there were friendly male staff on the reception who welcomed us and gave us our towels and robes. We used the changing rooms to change into which were clean. There are changing room toilets, showers, and plenty of room to change in. Remember to bring a pound with you for the locker. We spent a good two hours using the facilities. We were shown to a side room for spa packages to have our complimentary drink (a drink upto £6) and as the weather was nice, they had outdoor seating so we sat there with a beautiful pond and flowers as a view. We had a sandwich with crisps and salad for £7.90 and bowl of triple cut chips for £5. The food was yummy. The waiter was friendly and helpful with taking our orders and questions on food. A lovely relaxing evening after work. Well needed and worth the money!

   We were back at the Spa this week, after a bit of a disappointing visit some time ago. What a difference !!! It shows that any business can have a ‘tricky day’ but this is not necessarily a reflection of their performance as a whole. Lovely, warm welcome, clean and inviting premises and two facial treatments ( for my daughter and myself ) that were absolutely top notch!! Thank you to Jade and her team for a beautiful visit.

   A beautiful hotel and the leisure facilities are great. Very clean and the staff are helpful and accommodating. We had a really nice lunch too. We wouldn't hesitate in booking again.

   Went for a deluxe pedicure and manicure with French polish. Had an issue with two of my nails, but they were very accommodating and fitted me in to rectify very quickly. Happy with the final finish, which so far has lasted 9 days without chipping (unheard of for me!)
