Five stars from me. Great customer service from this store. Warm welcome as soon as you pass through the front doors , expert advice and friendly service too. Nothing was too much and the price was really good . Jez dealt with me but all three members of staff were helpful. There is a good vibe coming from the store , a mix of professionalism and familiarity, just how I like it. Also a huge range of kitchens etc and a section for tools etc. Far better then the poor service I received at the Kitchen chain store round the corner ! I'm never going anywhere than Benchmarx from now on .
Do not use Benchmarx. They chase for payment and only deliver part orders. Do not tell you in advance or offer help to rectify. Have had to cancel my kitchen fitter for next week as they have not delivered the sink and it’s out of stock everywhere until January. Had to call to ask about the sink and was told they can’t deliver until January. When I asked how I was supposed to manage without a sink for over a month was told to reuse my existing stainless steel sink and wait for the butler sink to arrive. Just shows how ignorant the manager was. Told to source my own sink. After hours of Online searching realised that their 900mm unit is not standard and nearly all sinks fit into an 800mm unit. Advised it would be ok by the manager and when I advised I didn’t want gaps in my new kitchen was told I suppose not. Currently waiting for them to collect and refund in full. Absolutely appalled by the poor service and lack of support to resolve. Do yourself a favour and use a company that provides more size options so if you do encounter issues you have options. Disgusted and appalled.

An easy 5 Stars for Heidi and the Benchmarx team who designed and supplied a new kitchen for a recent project. Every aspect was seamless from the initial appointment, design, amends to suit me and even the supply and delivery. Highly recommended.
I'm not in the habit of leaving reviews as a matter of course, but I really feel that Madi and her Team should be recognised. I had a Benchmarx kitchen installed last year. The kitchen is great. Sadly my fitter wasn't. When he ignored me rather than return to repair his mistakes, I was forced to make other arrangements. I contacted Madi expecting her to tell me I couldnt place an order as I wasn't Trade. But I was wrong and she couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and the items I needed to finish my kitchen were delivered quickly and without any problem. I was kept fully informed at every stage of my order. When I realised I hadn't ordered enough plinth, another section was delivered the very next day.
I rarely take the time to review businesses but this review is thoroughly deserved. We needed a new kitchen to complete our renovation, we were quoted by a few companies but benchmarx Worthing provided a great kitchen at a far more competitive price than others. Along the way we tweaked the design right up until 3 days before delivery. Not once did Craig make these requests seem like an inconvenience. Also the price stayed consistent despite the changes. Every member of staff came across as genuine and not pushy with an honest assessment of kitchen suitability for our needs over a hard sell. This couldn't be said of other shops we tried. Julian and Craig in particular went above expectations thank you
