Had a dry cut (water sprayed to dampen my hair) done with Karla-Leigh that was exactly what I'd hoped for. She kindly asked me exactly what I wanted and ran me through each step of the process. She also aims to do a course on curly hair! Lovely lady and I will definitely be back to the salon because of her.
She should inform the client in detail about the services. Wasn't please with the treatment, waste of money £40, you can get much better facial in £25-30 in other places

First time here as Ruby Tuesday. The salon is now upstairs and is newly decorated and styled nicely but obviously done quickly and on a budget. The area is quite compact - 3 chairs elbow to elbow almost. It seems to work but may not suit everyone, especially those who struggle with steep stairs or being so compact in space. My stylist was friendly and I was satisfied overall with my experience, but one side didnt match the other as a temple strand was cut off when trimming my fringe....! Which I only noticed after washing my hair a few days later. I do prefer a more roomy salon with more traditional processes, such as a chat about what I'd like doing with my hair before washing it, especially as I was a new customer. As such, I probably won't return.
Everyone is friendly, loved my hair cut.

Been here before and the girl was lovely so I re- Booked with Billy JO. I wanted my hair coloured for an event on the 8th Dec. I booked the appointment a week ago and they told me I could only book in with her on a Tuesday and one other day I couldn't remember. I just knew Tuesday was good for me, as that was my day off. (was a little tight as the event was the next day, but I was prepared to wait). I show up on the exact time and date of my booking and Billy Jo tells me she can't do my hair as she has to do the school run and that some one had tried to call me. I had had a text a few days before to let me know that i had the appointment and that i could't cancelled before 48 hours before the appointment. I was so mad but i didn't want to take it out on her as i know people have obligations. when they she said sorry it just felt like empty word. She said some one had tried to call me that day but i had no missed calls and I'd have known I wouldn't have gone there. If they say we can't can't cancel before 48hours, why should they be allowed to cancelled on the day or when you get there. I won't be returning I just hope they can do better and know their scheduled for their clients.
Will never go anywhere else. Have trusted Ruby with mine and my boys hair now for a number of years and shes brilliant! Love her salon!!
