I bought some men’s trousers. My first time in this store. I’d describe the service as functional. Not unfriendly, not friendly, just ok. The trousers were cheaper than the equivalent at M&S.
Worst customer service ever. Learn to respect your customers. Absolutely horrible etiquettes.
Worst customer service. The Asian girls who served stared rudely and very rudely asked my grandma if she needed help, judging her appearance. Next, sort your staff out. These teenage girls are a disgrace and don't have customer service skills. Absolutely disappointed.

Loads of spaces for parking staff are really helpful in this next shop lots of other shops surrounding it like toy shop Marks & Spencer is Halfords et cetera really handy place to have it. McDonald’s is just round the corner.

Great out of town store-with free on site parking, a good store for when they start their 6am sales. Next door is TK Maxx, M&S food, Dunelm & Halfords. All Worth a visit. (Homebase now closed-but hopefully a new shop will pop up in the large vacant building)
Great store. Clean, well maintained and good set of products. Shame they rarely have offers/sale items but no fault of the store.
