    Very disappointed with our experience. We spent considerable time in the showroom choosing our kitchen, including a Belfast sink and tap that the designer personally showed us and added to the design. When our order arrived, these key items were missing. When I raised this, the designer claimed he had β€œassumed” we would source them ourselves β€” something we never said. In fact, we had chosen them in the showroom with him, so this excuse was simply not true. He later explained that he was β€œbudget conscious” and told us it would be cheaper for us to buy these items from elsewhere? Ordering a kitchen is a big investment, and mistakes like this cause unnecessary stress and delays. If basic items like a sink and tap can be left off after such a detailed conversation, it doesn’t inspire confidence in the rest of the process.

    Our whole experience with Wren from start to completion was brilliant. Our Kitchen designer - Donna was 1st class. We made countless changes that she was more than happy to help and advise with. We had constant updates and information throughout. Even the the delivery guys were lovely! We absolutely love our new kitchen and the quality and little touches make it feel perfect. Highly recommend

    About to get quotes for new kitchen and already aware of mixed reviews for this company about back work man ship,and after sales , if the customer toilets are anything to go by may be I will steer clear . will keep,you updated with my experience.

    Wren kitchen complete. I would recommend to people if they looking for a new kitchen . There has been more positive ✨️ compared to negative experiences in our case .. Amazing inital delivery, parts which have been damaged changed within days . The kitchen is fitted by us so therefore we didn't had to wait for anyone to come .     Please avoid at all costs. Horrific service from start to finish. Our kitchen took 9 weeks from the delivery to installation due to errors with measurement taken by wren. As we had a newborn we were forced to move in to alternate accommodation as not only did we not have a kitchen wren filled our house with 3?! Wrong kitchens (wrong colour delivered and items delivered multiple times that did not fit). The escalations manager Jake is beyond appaling, completely absent in any ability to resolve issues. At the end of it we felt pressured to accept a derisory compensation offer of Β£1,200 against the cost of a Β£30,000 kitchen, when the costs incurred due to temporary accommodation were over Β£7,000. I've already talked 2 friends out of using wren and I'm going to continue to do everything in my power Wren gets no further custom from my extended friends and family. The worst customer service I have ever encountered.

    We had a fantastic experience with Wren and our designer Declan. From the first design he was amazingly helpful and got us our kitchen in on a very tight schedule in time for Christmas. The result is superb and the quality seems excellent. Communication from the rest of the company was great, and the other team members who took care of measuring and fitting the worktops were great too. Very happy to recommend.

    Reasonable/middle of the way kitchens Good designers and was helpful (which is why I feel obliged to give 1 star) ….But once they have you signed on contract - ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING customer service. Completely unable to accommodate any fluctuations, minor adjustments, and also do not allow for a reasonable β€˜cooling off’ window: if your delivery is within less than 30 days from date of contract, you cannot make ANY adjustments. Even though Citizens Advice requires at least 2 weeks to change your mind. Genuinely awful customer service. I really REALLY wish I could go back in time, take my builders advice, and avoid this company. Like the plague.

    Initially our designer was super friendly but upon our return for the follow-up visit to view design everything changed. If you challenged the designer we had, he really didn't like feedback. There was no constructive feedback on how to remedy alternative layouts if we didn't like it. In all the person whom we dealt with was quite belligerent. I'm sure there are people who are quite receptive at wren but our designer wasn't when he claimed to have design high end kitchens. Then one would expect a first class experience but this was not the case.

    From the moment we went to the showroom to the actual delivery of our new kitchen, everyone couldn't have been nicer. The guys who dismantled our old kitchen were superb. Also the plumber, electrician and the plasterer. The chap who installed it was very thorough and did a sublime job. Excellent chap with a dry sense of humor! Thank you Wren.
