I ordered 10 x 12 bottles of mineralwater in September. Got 7 boxes a few weeks later, 1 had broken and was replaced but 2 never made it and despite my continued efforts to remind them or get a refund, another 2 months later nothing has happened. Andy kept say8ng he will sort it but never did. Unacceptable and incompetent. Never again.
Ordered a desk on Friday (at a very good price in comparison to others on Google), delivered on Tuesday. Price included delivery AND installation (they build the desk for you) and they took away all packaging. Conducted in a fully covid safe manner. Excellent service, would fully recommend to both individuals and businesses.
We have used ODM for many years now for all our office supplies. Their members of staff and drivers are always helpful, reliable and knowledgeable. We have also bought our office desks from them and the installation at our refurbished office went without a hitch. Excellent 5* service and highly recommended to any other business.
As my business grew I found the need to upgrade my rather unreliable inkjet printer to a multifunction laser printer and Steve at ODM was able to give me some very good advice regarding product choice balancing quality with price. He has also supplied me with various office supplies. Great service and advice and I will be using ODM for all my office needs in the future.
The big chain stationary stores don't stand a chance against ODM!! They have a showroom but aside from just products on display, they offer great customer service, have very good product knowledge and even deliver, next day, in the local area. No need to be sorry about Staples closing their doors when you have ODM to rely on!
