   I wanted to write this testimonial in recognition of your ongoing excellent customer service. I approached Helen at Copylink regarding replacing broken office accessories. I needed a new Shredder and Printer. The range of items on offer are wide, and all have their own features. It can be as confusing choosing the right one as it is choosing the right holiday. Helen was very prompt in replying to my initial enquiry, but even better, her knowledge in recommendations was a relief, I gave a brief description of what I needed, and how much I wanted to spend, and the right items were offered. Invoice sent and paid and the very next day my new items were personally delivered by Copylink, which is a much better service than any delivery company, as I knew it would be delivered within my working hours, so no stress of having to rearrange a missed parcel. Just that in itself is priceless. Thank you Helen and Copylink, for excellent service again, I completely recommend Copylink for all Office Supplies, as no enquiry is too small.
