   Both my sons have been going to gentleman Jacks since Ash first opened in Acle. They have been approximately every eight weeks since. Today one of them was 9 minutes late due to traffic. Neither have ever been late or missed an appointment before. My son went in the shop and was turned away by Ash, although having to wait for him to finish smoking outside. It was the last appointment of the day so it would have been more prudent to either cut his hair or reschedule his appointment. Ash then closed the account. I hope Ash reads this and realises that people do get stuck in traffic etc. He has just lost £50 every eight weeks, more than £2000 adjusted for inflation. Hopefully he will be less arrogant with all his regular customers. It is easy in small places like Acle and Martham to loose all customers be behaving in such a way to just one or two people. I understand words were exchanged after the incident but being late stresses people.

   Very helpful when I had to reschedule due to traffic jams on the A47. My sons cut by Jay was great. Staff were welcoming to my son when I dropped him off for the cut. Would happily return!
