First ever visit and definitely will be returning. Took special care of understanding what I wanted then performed a perfect cut just as I requested. Nothing special but spot on. OAP rates too so really worth every penny. Cheers.

I had an amazing experience with my barber! The haircut was exactly what I wanted — clean, sharp, and professional. They paid close attention to detail and made sure everything was perfect before I left the chair. The shop had a great atmosphere, and I felt really comfortable the whole time. Absolutely fantastic barbershop. Have been coming to these guys for over 15 years and never had one complaint or one bad haircut. Very patient, friendly and diligent. The only barbershop I’ve ever been to where if I didn’t like something they would be happy to stay longer and make it absolutely perfect before I left. Have been getting skin-fades for over a decade from them and my friends always ask me where I got the haircut from! Absolutely recommend and one of the most genuine friendly barbers I’ve ever met, no other place to get a haircut in Norwich!
One of the worst haircut experiences I’ve ever had. The shop looks nice, but the price is way too high for the service. I went in expecting a decent haircut…I even showed a clear picture, explained my hair type, and confirmed with the barber if he could do it. Despite this, he wasn’t paying attention and completely messed up my hair. The worst part wasn’t even the bad haircut, but how the barber reacted. Instead of trying to fix the mistake, he argued with me and even raised his voice in front of other customers. It was embarrassing and unprofessional. Now I’ll have to spend more money elsewhere just to fix the mess. After reading other reviews, I realize I should’ve trusted them, as it seems others have had similar experiences. I strongly recommend avoiding this barbershop.
Not good. Been twice now, thinking maybe it was an off day. My regular barber makes a habit of laughing at the state of my hair when I’ve gone back to her. Incredibly wonky & uneven - barbers put no effort/ time into a cut
Really unhappy with the cut. The barber was continuously talking over me and was aggressive. Shouted at me in front of all the other customers. Literally didn’t listen to a word I said …. Terrible …. Left unhappy and definitely won’t be returning
Go here every two weeks or so, guys are really friendly and I’m always happy with the cut I get. Rarely have to wait and if you do then never above 5 minutes. Can’t really understand people complaining about the prices as pretty much the going rate for cuts these days and I’m Sure their rent isn’t cheap where they are located. Overall great place to get your haircut
Walked straight in no wait on a Sunday morning - great with my 2yo let him sit on daddy's lap and took time to make sure he was happy. Great cut definitely best experience we've had so far with kids cuts thanks guys
Staff really friendly, and a very clean and well presented Barbers. I appreciate its location is Norwich City Centre but the pice point is off for me. £48 for a beard trim, haircut and haircut for my boy (Age 10). It's nice but it's not an experience, it's just a haircut. I pay £35 for exactly the same in London and should have waited until I got home! Prices are advertised on the door so no surprises I just expect more at that price.
