Santiago’s is a great place to get some really stylish cuts for men and boys. Both my kids love it. We have been using them for many years and they have always offered excellent service, very friendly atmosphere, and absolutely clean and welcoming shop. Thank you for taking care of us. Sadly wont be using Santiago's again. Ive been a bi-monthly customer for several years now and i will be looking to put my money in to more consistency and more customer focused barbers in future. I came back today to give this place a last throw of the dice after some very average cuts recently. As i walked in I was very faintly acknowledged at the door, I then spent 25 minutes waiting around and watching the guy who cut my hair at 150 mph last time, cut his fellow colleagues hair with more attention to detail than i have seen in my life. (I walked out in disbelief) The tall guy who often uses the station nearest the front entrance is very good and is holding this business together for me but i just don't seem to be able to ever catch him.
Very poor experience. They seem to rush just to get your money and get back to their phones. Or they will just put the phone between their face and shoulder and carry on cutting. The guy near the window isn't too bad but the other guy is astonishingly bad. He just rushes like he can't be bothered and does a terrible job because of this never using them again.im paying with my hard earned money I expect it done properly. I had a beard trim it was cut too short on the bottom and had stubble left in several places and one side wasn't even straight. They also only know one fade iv asked for a low fade but they couldn't do it. Would not recommend.
Very good haircut and value for money. Better haicut than I've had at alot of other more expensive places. Only hickup was the card machine not working but that's just a slight technical difficulty.
Really good barbers and will always use them. They are quick and accurate to how you want your hair done, nothing worse than saying you want it like this and is completely something else. Here you have none of that. Prices are reasonable parking is not best but they can't really control that they are on a main road that leads into the city but you can find parking up the side streets or behind wilco
Don't bother unless you're happy to wait two hours, while they painstakingly cut every single hair of the guys in front of you. Took my 8 year-old son there on a Sunday morning, two guys cutting, three in the queue ahead of me. Didn't get in the chair for an hour and 45 minutes. Ridiculous. Waited an hour yesterday while he did one guy's beard and then had cut less than half of the next guy's hair, which had only required clippers.
