Not a great place Halo liquids ruined my coils which they recommended Prices seem to be higher than most shops and not a lot of good mods in store
Went into Neath shop and I was helped by a gentleman called Dylan who was very knowledgeable and also very helpful in helping me choose my e liquids
The whole team were absolutely amazing last month in assisting me purchase a new vape. They clearly knew what they were talking about and were able to make some recommendations that I'm very happy with.

I've been visiting this store and others for a number of years now. Staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and they have a great selection of stock. Reasonable prices too.
Fantastic customer service whenever I visit the store. The members of staff are always attentive, professional and willing to answer your questions with a great deal of knowledge. I've always had great advice from the manager Danielle, who very noticeably knows both how to make customers feel welcome as well as providing top notch service. Really satisfied with my liquids, and it never hurts to get some points on your loyalty card.
David is absolutely AWESOME. Knows his stuff and always sorts me out with whatever I need. TOP NOTCH When you become a customer of E-cig you become a member of the family. All of the staff are really knowledgeable and always have time for a catch up chat. I look forward to my weekly visit to see the guys and girls. They've never let me down. Always got what I need in store and happy to advise if I require a new system or a different flavour. I can be a nightmare when it comes to making a decision but that's never a problem.
