   Absolutely brilliant visit for my little girls 9th birthday party. This is the first time I’ve been to this place. I was greeted by my host and her name was Maria, it was her first time doing parties and the service I received was phenomenal. I would absolutely recommend anyone to go here I couldn’t happier. All the kids had a fabulous time and the service was fantastic. Observations on the premises was its clean and well managed and the food was spot on. The staff there are more like a family unit instead of just employees. Again 5 stars and if your looking for a place for birthday parties or even just to get the kiddos out I would highly recommend this place it’s awesome and great value for money.

   Fantastic private hire experience for 11th Birthday. Staff super helpful and friendly. All sorted in advance and everything as agreed. Kids loved it and enjoyed the freedom that having it to themselves afforded. Would recommend.

   Had my sons 10th birthday party on Thursday private party (6.30pm) the 2 women there went above and beyond! Done absolutely everything cut the cake got the party bags ready I didn't need to lift a finger. Very friendly and help ful! If any1 is thinking of booking a party here I definitely recommend, very reasonable priced to hire the whole place too.

   Easy to find and plenty parking. Kids loved it! Cafeteria was reasonably priced. The play area was super secure. The staff were very, very helpful and lovely. Neither of mine braved the big slide, they look almost vertical! Lol! Wear long sleeves and trousers - this will help prevent friction burns off some of the surfaces. There's a little kids area. Parents are ok to get on the equipment and help their kids if they need. Adults only play time twice a month too! (Considering an outing for my divorce party!) Very reasonably priced, lockers available, seating on the. Ground floor and a mezzanine level. Book in advance during busy times to avoid disappointment. We had a great time and we'll definitely go again.

   The kids enjoyed, the staff were friendly and the cup of tea was reasonably priced as I waited. Plenty of seats while kids burnt off some energy. Currently having a little work done in a small area but didn't affect kids enjoyment.

   Great place for kids to let off steam. Very loud as you'd expect with lots of high-energy children racing about. Loud cheesy music on tap. Little one age 4 loved it. Lots to do. Good value for money. 3 adults and one child under 5 cost just under £10! Food was poor and limited choice, it was hot though - the usual children's fayre for these sort of places, not much choice for a healthy option, tables were very close together so the aisles were narrow. Do expect to be knocked as people go past. Dirty toilets! Top tip, book your slot online for as early as possible. It fills up here very quickly.

   Firstly, I’d like to say a massive thank you for playzone fitting us in, in such a short notice. We had a birthday party booked for my daughters 5th birthday and the other place messed up three days before the party. Luckily playzone sorted us out and gave us the biggest party room. We were a big group- about 18 kids plus adults. Thank you so much. Our host was a young man. Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name. He was really looking after us, checking all the time if everything is okay, if we need a top up of drinks. Made us feel really welcomed. One meal was missing, after I told him within 2mins it was all sorted. We did stay a few minutes longer than our time was (because babies took a longer time to get ready) and we didn’t feel being rushed to get out. It was super busy there but playzone staff dealt with it great. All the kids and parents( grandparents) really enjoyed. Thank you :)

   The Playzone is great fun. We're able to let the kids run free and know that they are never more than a few feet away. There's plenty of variety from baby through to adult and therefore it is good value too. Generally the morning is a bit quieter than lunchtime and that allows the kids to have more space to run around and parents can enjoy a cuppa! Catered parties are available with the normal chicken nuggets, burger and chips options. There is also opportunity for bigger kids (adults) to attend on special nights without the kids, definitely worth considering!
