   Went to get shoes for my daughter with my family on Saturday 22.07.23 could not get staff names But staff was unprofessional very rude was felt not welcomed at all very upsetting. Will never go back there again.

   When getting my daughters school shoes, the staff member measured her feet, found the right size shoes, helped her into them and got her walking up and down to ensure they fit and then helped her out of them (she was like a pampered princess). My daughter said she was friendly and very helpful. She was friendly and chatty throughout. Made the whole experience very easy and quick.

   Made the mistake of asking one of the assistants for help with a shoe I wanted to buy for my mum. Simply asked if they had any wide fitting shoes. The assistant couldn't be bothered to walk the 1 metre to the shoe section to help me and simply told me to look at the shoes. I was left feeling like a right idiot, so I left the shop. It's a cheap shop, so I wasn't expecting a massive amount of help, but some simple courtesy would have been nice. The women's shoes I did pick up all felt like cheap plastic. Avoid if you are looking for help or quality.
