   I placed an order for a collar on March 16, they gave me a tracking number that gave me an error, I always asked them by e-mail where the order was and they always said that the order was on its way. Now I- they wrote that the package is returning to them because the customs duties were not paid. I paid for both the product and the shipment. They are not serious, they deceive the world, special attention I paid a total of 30.13 euro The collar costs 15.05 euro Shipping costs 9.65 euro Taxes 5.43 euro
