Excellent customer service, the lady was so helpful and a credit to the company. The shop was immaculate and I'm certainly looking forward to shopping here again.
I am writing this review so that it is logged for future reference! Today, I bought a dress. I didn’t try it on in store. I have just gone to try it on at home and as soon as I started to put it over my head I could smell B.O!! Not just a slight smell but a very strong smell. It has clearly been worn and returned as the smell is so bad that it can’t possibly just be from trying it on. Needless to say, I will be returning it.
I have been shopping in this store for 20+ years, choosing to come in store for items rather than buy online in support of my local town. I have never been made to feel so unwelcome as I have been recently. Let's get one thing straight here, I do not give my personal email to shops. On three occasions now the assistants have demanded my email and refused to give me a paper receipt until I have made a protest. Gaslighting me (in a store brimming with plastic... Still using plastic bags) that this is for environmental reasons. No, this is data harvesting. How you can treat your loyal customers with such disdain is beyond me. My days shopping in Buxton New Look are now over.
Dashed in to buy shoes during a downpour on Tuesday 11th July just before closing. Didn’t get the shop attendant’s name, but she was fantastic. She couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. An asset to this small shop.
Called in 13 Dec to return some Jean's to be served by a really friendly and helpful lady .who even checked stock online for me . An asset to the team x

Excellent service, Really helpful staff checked stockroom for shoes as size not on display, then ordered the correct ones whilst I was in the store. Coming to store Weds, so easy ! Thanks. Such lovely friendly staff.
It's not a bad shop if you are a size 14 or under. There is one shop assistant there who is lovely & helpful & always gives you a cheerful answer. The others just seem to be there to model the clothes!
Employees are more than happy to help with providing any information or assisting in anyway. Sizing is well catered for myself but noted that size 12 is more available that size 10 or 14. A good store full of various clothing styles
