   At 43 I'm probably not their target demographic however did feel like I shouldn't be in there. No acknowledgement from staff, shop felt cluttered especially near the tills.

   Staff so polite and helpful nice range and loads of sale items, although sale items could be more reduced and alot is way out of season and still pretty expensive in my opinion.

   Nice to get out again and fashions have changed a little but still plenty of choice and the wife picked up a few bargains for birthday treats. Shoes, clothes and accessories for ladies. But there are lots of sale rails dominating the walk ways, sometimes less is more.

   I was served by Scott today in new look and he was really friendly! He made my day just by being so positive and talkative! I’ve really missed shopping in store and staff like Scott are the reason I’ll be coming back soon! Thanks for being so lovely and working so hard to keep your customers happy! Very clean, organised store and incredibly helpful staff. Very highly recommended.

   Its exactly how you would expect from a New Look store. Quite big but i just feel like the clothing isn't to a great quality and the standard of some of the stitching is shocking plus sometimes they have a funny smell which i think is the denim material they use.
