   The lady on the tills today at Stafford store literally needs learn some manners i brought an item then asked for a bag because I'm not going to juggle my items home am i ? She then said can you not just carry it ? Rude and lazy can't be bothered to do her Job .

   I had a really bad experience at the store today. Went in to return an item and had to wait 15 minutes to talk to the manager as I was told she is cashing out, only to be told my item couldn’t be returned. This could have been communicated much sooner by another staff member instead of wasting my time. The manager wasn’t nice or helpful at all. I don’t mind about the return policy, but the poor customer service and the manager’s attitude were really disappointing. I hope the store can improve how they treat customers in the future.

   I popped into New Look at Queens Retail Park Stafford as a woman on a mission to look for some new clothes for an up and coming hen weekend away with the girls. I was walking around looking for something to jump out at me. A little assistant called Debbie had an armfull of clothes and I asked her for some help. Well what can I say she stayed with me every step of the way, she helped me match things up, coordinating outfits and making me feel like nothing was to much trouble to her. I felt like I had a personal assistant. Debbie you are a credit to New look and to the retail industry, if all retail assistants were like you more woman would love to go shopping. You have truly made feel feel very happy and content it what I'm going to be wearing. A million thank you. Your a diamond . Kind regards Lisa xx

   Got such good bargains here! The clothes are all spaced out so social distancing can be maintained. It's organised, and there was a huge sale on went I went. I didn't think New Look catered for plus size people, but I was wrong!!! So many nice items for all shapes and sizes.
