   Lack of staff on the checkouts. You have long queues of customers waiting to pay for their goods at a lone checkout, meanwhile you have at least 3 other checkouts closed. Only when the queues are going to the back of the store do you open up a Checkout then as soon as the queue goes down you immediately close that checkout again. I appreciate you don't want staff just sat at a Till waiting for a customer but surely a fast moving queues with happy customers would be a much better look then frustrated customers?

   Went to the llanelli store today the lift was not working again.Had to put my trolley back and go up the stairs could not find one member off staff to help me carry an item down the stairs for me.So left the store without buying anything terrible service

   Lovely retail store with a massive variety, if you took the time and walked the whole shop floor, up and down stairs, I personally know 90% of customers would have a shock in what they do actually sell. Highly recommend, staff are fab and the managers are AMAZING, really helpful and willing to bend over backwards for you. A+++++++++++++

   Went in for some Christmas items, what a fantastic range all good prices. While we were there we had a good look round, all staff were friendly and polite, only problem was the big queue to go through the checkout as only one checkout open.

   Always tidy and organised, as for the recent review of the DIY section being disorganized and messy....That's incorrect information!!! Looking organised and properly priced. Extremely helpful, friendly staff and the store is always nice and clean. A credit to The Range staff and their cleaning crew.

   An excellent store with great variety and bargains in the very convenient Pemberton Retail Park with ample parking. The public toilets were out of order though on one Thursday afternoon when we were shopping! There were hardly any staff on the floor to call for assistance but we eventually managed to find someone.
