   We had a fantastic weekend at Ab Fab rooms. Udo is a warm and friendly host who really makes you feel welcome. We stayed in the 'chocolate' room which was spacious and comfortable with a stunning seaview. Breakfast was a treat which set us up for a day of walking. Seaford is less than a 30 min walk away along the sea front, or a 2 min train journey (and regular service). Highly recommend the 'seven sisters' walk to Eastbourne if you're feeling energetic.

   Would give this more stars if we could! We were shown to our room, which was perfect, modern and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, the bedding and towels were of top quality and had been very well laundered. The breakfast was excellant quality, well cooked and not over facing, just the right size portion. The jams and marmalade are all home made and finished the breakfast off really nicely. Udo and Steve went out of their way to make our stay really nice. We will be back, one of the best b&bs we have been to and we have been to quite a few! We highly recommend this b&b, the name says it all!

   Me and my wife booked for this B&B that's best choice we made. Such a lovely place very clean, breakfast that's so good and Udo and Steve that's a lovely people make us very welcome. I recommend this place to everyone like a quiet place friendly atmosphere. 5 stars, and for the service the price is not expensive at all. Definitely I returned to that place when go down to Seaford again.

   Udo is a lovely man and our stay at his B&B was Ab Fab to say the least. Everything was very clean and our room had lots of storage. Breakfast was superb and served in a bright and airy conservatory with views to the garden. We would recommend this B&B to anybody. Great!

   Absolutely loved this place, I really cannot fault it. The room was delightful with amazing views (I had the “chocolate” room). The breakfast was delicious, and the location is perfect, it’s almost literally a stone’s throw from the train station and very near the beach. It was easy to walk into Seaford from there, or get the train! Udo, the owner, was one of the most delightful people I’ve ever met and he helped make my stay feel very special. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when I return to the area. Highly recommend!!

   Room bright, airy and exceptionally clean. Beautiful white bed linen and fluffy white towels. The shower was amazing. Certainly up to any 5 star hotel category. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices on the menu. Best of all Udo was the perfect host with lots of knowledge of the area. Will we return? Of course 100%
