Amazing little b and b. Breakfast is amazing and Phil is a wonderful host making sure you have everything you need. We had a superking room with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom is small but well equipped. We had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to visit again.
Lovely place to stay thr breakfast was amazing with homemade bread as well.... Great location with permit parking at only £10 for 24 hours. Room was very clean and had all the little touches hotels don't will be back.
Absolutely fantastic place. Stayed here for the night to celebrate my birthday and couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome, a lovelier room or more delicious breakfast. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Number 14 to everyone and will definitely be back.
Lovely and very thoughful hosts considerate of the guests' needs. Clean and tidy room with everything you need including a cooler with water and milk! Great breakfast with homemade toasts. The only thing to be mindful of is the low ceiling due to it being an old house
Literally just got home from an amazing first trip to Brighton..thankyou so much to Phil and nick who went above and beyond to make our stay special. Breakfast was AMAZING..room lovely..bed comfy. What can we say about Phil and Nick that the other reviews haven’t said. The location is absolutely incredible, the breakfast is fantastic and the mattress is as comfortable! Number 14 is such a pleasure to stay in, with absolutely lovely hosts. Highly recommend and we will be back
Our room was spotless, large and hosted by some lovely people! we really loved their attention to detail and pride in what they do. I couldn’t find a spec of dust anywhere in not only our room but the rest of the place too! Breakfast was super tasty with plenty of options. I think this is listed as a bed and breakfast but it’s easily hotel quality!
We booked last minute and had an absolutely wonderful stay. The bed and bedding was super comfy! The owners were absolutely lovely and the room came with bottled water, a great selection of tea and coffee, an electric fan and full size body wash and shampoo. Room was immaculate and the decor was gorgeous. We’ll be visiting again.
