   I called yesterday seeking what I believe is called a radiator valve replacement head, which I had taken off the night before so that I could show your staff what I needed, as it was no longer controlling the heat of the radiator in out en-suite. Instead of the help I expected, I was served by a “comedian” who said he could not find me a replacement and suggested - to the amusement if the other customers - that I would probably find my house flooded by the time I got home. This not only shows total ignorance of radiators but could have been very worrying for someone less capable than I am. I will certainly not be using your firm again.
