Main downsize for us was the size of our room. Very small but clean. Host, Martin, was very friendly, prime location and the breakfast was amazing
Great location,very clean. Had a great conversation with the owners,down to earth caring people. I was late for breakfast but still made me breakfast. Couldn't recommend enough
Great place to stay. Martin and Jane were so helpful. Comfy bed, great shower, breakfast was amazing. Full English with eggs of your choice. So much to choose from, set us up for a day of house hunting. Great location too.
Beautiful location opposite the sea and a short walk from the town and restaurants. Parking is in zone B £2.00 per day or opposite at £1.50 per hour. We did manage to get a space but this was in April. I wonder what it would be like in the height if summer? Breakfast was included which was very tasty, my only niggle would be our room number 11. I did book a small double and paid less however in my opinion it should be a single. Two adults with two suitcases did not fit , permently banging my knees on the bedframe. Worthing is a lovely place to unwind and I will definitely be visiting Worthing again.
Excellent breakfasts and service from friendly, helpful hosts. Even a lift to the station when my taxi failed to turn up. Bedroom was small but clean and comfortable and the location was ideal for access to Worthing and the wider area.
Last minute reservation due to an issue with another hotel. Fantastic location, large, bright and clean rooms with an outstanding sea view. Super friendly owners couldn't do enough to help, even giving us great recommendations for evening activities. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
The Marine View Guesthouse was a true gem of an establishment. Located in a beautiful spot on the Worthing coast, it has boundless charm - from the seating area just outside to the rustic bar in the basement. We found the place to be clean and comfortable with a delightful breakfast each morning. Martyn & Jane were lovely hosts and we found them to be very welcoming and kind, ever ready with suggestions and an offer of freshly brewed coffee. The price is also excellent for what you get, for example access to live music on a Tuesday evening! All in all, I cannot recommend a stay here enough. The only reason I am not giving 5/5 stars is because one of our rooms had a brief issue with hot water - however I will say that as soon as this was flagged up it was dealt with swiftly.
Absolutely amazing stay. The host gave us a super great deal for our fishing trip and even made us a lucky packed lunch to take on the boat. Fantastic location, right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. Comfortable beds, very clean and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended.
