   Stayed here with a family of 8 adults for 3 nights, absolutely brilliant. Everything provided, one only needs to bring the food. Lovely walk along the beach going east and a cafe is there to be found after half hour or so. Great pub/restaurant, close to the beach nearby, offering lovely food and drink. 7 minutes walk. In the village there are 2 more pubs which we have not tried. Local cornershop is also in the village. About 7 minutes walk.

   A true beach-side house on a private estate. Front decking and private pebbled area opens straight onto the beach. Kids love it because there's sand as well as pebbles. Expensive ££££ but worth it if you want to blow some money on a celebration. Good for family do's. Very well equipped. Light and airy, plenty of space. Not suitable if you want to party outside at night (consideration to neighbours).

   Excellent facilities & incredible location backing straight onto the beach. There is so much to do at the property and in the surrounding area. I loved my second visit to the New England Beach House and will definitely be coming back next year!
