   We stayed in July, I don't often stay in b&bs and this was a great and convenient spot for us for this particular trip. Close to the beach and local transport, bus stop 5 minutes walk and train station about 13min walk. We stayed in one of the en-suite rooms. The bed was amazingly comfy, the place is quiet (away from traffic!) which was the most important thing for me, so I had a great sleep! Great chats and coffee in the morning. Thank you!

   A wonderfully chilled and peaceful hidden 'gem'. Just a minute's walk from a lovely quiet stretch of beach and short walk from some really great restaurants and bars. The owners Jeremy and Renee were kind and lovely hosts and we had a great and restful time with them over our 3 night stay and left feeling very rested, inspired and refocussed. A special place.

   I stayed here over the a 4 night period at the start of august, This little B&B was fab with the 700 bus at the end of the road it is close to Brighton. It is a quaint little spot and is on my radar for further visits too the south coast, Jeremy was a fab host along with Renne, with good tips on activities too do, Very welcome and approachable with a decent little breakfast setup, 10/10 would stay again,

   We had a lovely room with an excellent bathroom. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Jeremy was very helpful when it came to discussing places to visit. The sea was a stone's throw from the B and B which made a lovely evening walk to the nearby eateries!

   Such a lovely place just off the seafront. hosts were really friendly and so interesting to chat to and offered some great tips on where to go. Good choice at breakfast to set you up for the day, and they were so accomodating to our needs with our 1 year old daughter, letting us use the fridge for milk and microwave if we needed it. Rooms were lovely and clean and nice big bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again.
