The room was smaller than expected. We had to keep the bathroom door shut as they seem to have an issue with the sewer/drainage system. The seal on the shower needs fixing as the bathroom gets flooded when using it. Also the shower temperature is temperamental. I had to reprogram the tv in and the WiFi signal is shit. No ironing board, just a steam iron. Positive. Close to the sea and shops. Quite area, especially at night at times

The room, was not what I expected; different pictures from online, there was quite a pungent smell from the bathroom, there was no sound proofing against other walls so you can hear the other occupants screaming, some of the lights flickered/were running off extension leads, the WiFi was poor, and the overall finish of the room was not good.

Good central location but the room was tired and unclean. Brown stains on towels and bedding, thick dust in places, dirty sticky glasses and to top it off, it smelt like a public toilet. Had a terrible night sleep as the room is sweltering hot, even with the window open. And due to its central location there was lots of noise from nearby pubs. Tv remote and bedside lamps also not working. At £160 a night, I wasn’t expecting much but there’s no excuse for the poor levels of cleanliness.

Price was much too high for the experience. Room 2 was small and basic, and not at all soundproof as expected, but also felt damp and had a bad smell (fuel?) along the far wall. Didn’t get much sleep and left as soon as it was morning due to feeling ill (like had been breathing in chemicals). Good location and safe and easy access, but not worth compromising your health

Everything was very good. It was easy to check in, the room was clean and fresh, so were the beds and towels. We had a TV, tea and coffee facilities, a good shower, also an extra heater if it was chilly and even a hair dryer. It was very good value for money and the lady who met us on arrival was very friendly. The location was excellent we had a coffee shop and a pub plus lots of shops at one end of the street and a five minute walk to the beech at the other end. There was lots of independent eateries and bars within a short walk. We were also only about a 10 or 15 minute walk from the Royal Pavilion and the Museum or the Lanes and the shops. It was also on a very good bus route.

The single room is warm and cosy. Although the room is compact, it includes everything you need eg, working desk, mini fridge, radiator, tv, clothes hangers, kettle, iron. Very convenient walking distance to visit central Brighton and sea side. And very kind and friendly staff, easy contact them on text/email. No lift in this hotel, not suggest bringing heavy suitcases lol

Easy booking, check in and lovely staff on the phone and in person. The room was basic and the finishings were a little rough but for one night, the room was just fine!

3/5 is what I would give my stay at INNit Rooms - SaltWater Guest House. I stayed for 3 nights in Room 11. Generally this room was clean, warm and had the basic amenities, however it just had so many small issues that would be easily fixed that just brought the whole feel of the place down. Some examples are water stains on ceiling, dirty windows, stains on curtains, trim flaking off on table top, creaky bed, broken toilet brush, electric door lock temperamental e.c.t. Pros: Great location, basic amenities covered, generally clean, very warm, easy check-in and check-out. Cons: So many small issues that brought the whole feel of the place down. Also the bed wasn’t particularly comfortable. I feel that the pictures and description for this place are misleading and show a much more premium stay that I was provided. However, if you are looking for a reasonably priced stay right in the city centre with the basics covered, it’s alright.

Booked and stayed for the night, staff upgraded us for free as room that we was initially going to book was already taken. Rooms are basic and compact but have everything that you would need for a short stay. Room was super clean and ready when we arrived. You can also purchase parking tickets from their other hotel near by.
