2 bedrooms, two toilets, one in the bathroom. A very comfortable lounge dining room. It's close to the seafront so it ticks most boxes. I wouldn't want to accommodate 6, which the sofa bed allows but that's me. Well equipped kitchen and lounge, a holiday cottage with parking space. My only specific moan is no freezer compartment and a high step into the bath that my wife couldn't cope with. Not a problem to a young family. Good value.
