   1st Gym session with a look around. Seems to have good equipment and a fair amount of it. Access to big rooms and sports hall. Different age groups are well able to get fit.

   Penyrheol Leisure Centre has a good swimming pool with various classes, lane swimming and public times. The pool is kept clean and tidy and has good hot showers. You need to check available times as the Centre is attached to a secondary school and so access is accomodated around school access times. It also has a good gym with range of equipment, and rooms with a variety of classes throughout the week.

   Great gym! Been coming for a few months. Not the biggest in the world but everything works well and you can find all the equipment you need for a solid session. Only addition I’d love to see there is a glute bridge machine, but you can’t have it all in life. I don’t go to the classes but my partner loves them. Everyone working there is super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

   Took my little one for swimming lessons here. They are hugely oversubscribed and the kids spend much more time on the side of the pool than actually in the water. 12 kids in a class, only 2 in the water at a time. He was there for nearly 6 months, and he made more progress in a few weeks with an alternative similarly priced swimming school in the area.

   Love the swimming pool, not too busy so when lane swimming you can often have a lane to yourself. I was disappointed at how small the gym is, especially as the time I booked a solo gym session coincided with a gym circuit class so I ended up tucked in the corner with limited equipment available. I feel like they should just close the gym to solo sessions when these classes are running. The treadmill touch screen was also not working properly.

   whilst the facility and staff are great they let children run around the gym using some of the potentially dangerous equipment with no super vision, the children would laugh at other paying members trying to work out, very off putting especially to those with self esteem issues.

   I went to the Gym here whilst I was staying down in Dunvant on Holiday. I booked the session online the night before (£6.75 for a walk on session) and the staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival. The Gym is well kitted out and there is a lot of space which is really nice. There are dedicated areas, from Cardio to Free Weights/Resistance, and there is a separate room upstairs (over 16s only) with extra equipment. It was also really clean, and it is air conditioned so it was a good temperature for working out. I would highly recommend this.

   I swim regularly at this pool. It is always clean. The staff are lovely, especially Susan, Nadine and Fion, they are smashing girls. They are all very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The changing rooms and reception have been updated, and the facilities are excellent. It can get busy sometimes, as do all pools, but that is a small price to pay for such a lovely pleasant venue. Nothing to complain about here.
