Parking was easy and staff were very helpful. I needed a few items - trolley jack, gloves, sanding items and a grinding wheel. The team were great in helping me find the items quickly and ensured I had the right things to do the job. They even helped me carry them to the van. Great service from a knowledgeable team.
Water pump purchased seems fine, collected and paid for at Norwich branch who were great and had 6 in stock. But really wanted a click and collect so I could pay in advance of collection, but website says a 3 day wait if you do this, despite them being in stock at the branch???
I remember when this site was just a garage! Since its opening, I’ve purchased a variety of items, from lawn mowers to staple guns and nails. Today, I visited the store with the idea of replacing my petrol mower with a battery-powered one. Fortunately, a staff member patiently explained several factors I needed to consider before making this purchase. For instance, the size of my land will determine the range of the lawn mower, as I would need to consider buying extra power packs or pause the work while the battery recharges. I decided to take his advice and think about what we discussed before making a decision. Now, that’s what I call great customer service!
Very helpful staff, attentive to my request for a 'Christmas' item combined with a wicked sense of humour. Always good to deal with and will continue to use them into the future.
In Norwich This morning I had one of Machine Mart’s Lorries nearly crash into me & other vehicles travelling in my lane when he reversed into our lane without warning and not obeying the highway code and then became abusive when it was pointed out by myself and others that he was in the wrong his registration is FJ64RYV Very disappointed with his dangerous driving & attitude Won’t go to machine mart in principle now.

Bought a generator from them about a month ago. Unfortunately developed a problem which meant I had to return it. Wasn't sure of the procedure but, after a quick phone call was made, they replaced it. All very helpful, even delivered it to the car for me. Thanks guys, I will be back. Also thanks to the guy who supplied a can so we could empty the fuel out.
