Excellent tool shop. Excellent staff who are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable, I felt so welcomed. Follow them on tiktok and discounts are applenty.
AVOID!! Absolutely terrible customer service. I bought a wheel stand on ebay which had the wrong bolts. I must have messaged Epic Tools 4 or 5 time and never got a reply. I ended up having to go through ebay to force a return but due to personal reasons I was unable to get it sent back straight away and then Epic Tools closed the return on the first day possible! Not the first time I've had a problem with this company. AVOID!!!!!
Simply an Alladins Cave of hand tools. And it feels like a cave, as the displays seem to tower above you as soon as you walk in the door. Must be the best tool centre around this area.

Ordered Black & Decker 18 volt cordless hand held vac, supposed to be delivered on 48hr courier service, didn't arrive, contacted company who said there were delays due to world wide events and to be patient as it had been dispatched. Aftet a week still no delivery, contacted company again, this time they claimed it had been lost in transit, if they knew that then why didn't they let me know. Anyway they asked if i wanted a replacement, which i did so informed them of that, two days later no response or notification of dispatch. I then contacted ebay who arranged a full refund. This may be an unfortunate isolated incident but I personally will not be using this company again or recommending them.
Goods via Amazon never arrived. Nobody picks up the phone. Shabby service and I'm just sorry that I chose to buy from this organisation.
Can only give one star as that’s the only option,but avoid this company As they take your money & don’t deliver the the product bought knipex Grips set but never got them they don’t reply & also never pickup the phone Avoid avoid avoid .
