   I wanted to share my experience about the excellent service I received when I recently enquired about properties to rent locally for my daughter and son-in-law. I dealt with a lovely lady called Carolynn who had a wealth of knowledge when it came to the finalities of renting a property. Carolynn gave myself and my daughter some really sound advice and listened to all our requests very patiently! On this occasion Equity had nothing suitable for us, but when you receive such first class service it should be acknowledged.    I would highly recommend Equity Estate Agents to anyone looking to rent out their property. I mainly dealt with Tom and Jemma, who were both a pleasure to work with. They carried out numerous viewings and secured several offers. They thoroughly vetted each applicant as if they were finding a tenant for their own home, and clearly presented all the information to help me make an informed decision. They achieved a great rental price for me and their fees were competitive. I will definitely use their services again.

   If you're getting a property and if you are lucky enough to get Equity as your agents, look no further. You'd get exceptional service from friendly staff, they'd go above and beyond to ensure that all your requirements are accommodated as best as possible. It's a family run place and you can see the difference, as compared to others, with the service that you get. Me and my partner dealt with Jemma, who's a true gem! Very helpful, excellent communication, kept us in the loop throughout the process and made sure all of questions are answered, and concerns addressed.

Any time I walked into the office to sort out something it didn't matter who I spoke with, they knew who I was and why I was there. One of the few letting agencies I went into (and I went into A LOT) that actually searched through what they had available and about to be available to try to find something for me. They went above and beyond to move me in as fast and efficiently as possible. Feel like I am extremely lucky to have stumbled into their office.
