    I contacted Property Plus back in June 2023 and was shown a suitable property straight away. The 1 bedroom flat (unfurnished) was ideal and fitted the bill. The rent was very fair. I was offered the flat once I’d deposited some money and proved I could fund it. Once or twice over the two years I was there I called PP and told them that some things needed fixing and they dealt with those things straight away and efficiently. When it came to moving out, an assessment of the flat was carried out and I put right those agreed issues. A really positive experience and I’d like to thank Rob Partridge at PP Lettings for making my 2 years at that flat a very positive experience.

    Overall a great experience renting with Property Plus. Recommend highly for anyone renting in Brighton with a pet! After missing out on another flat we had viewed with them, Rob (who has been a super helpful point of contact from day one) helped us find a property that hadn't been advertised publicly yet. It had a lot of problems but these were sorted quickly for us to move in when we needed to. Similarly, as problems came up during our tenancy these were resolved in a timely manner and Property Plus, were always communicative and understanding. I could not be any more pleased with the check out process. After an awful experience with our previous letting agents, it was a breath of fresh air to be told we will be getting our full deposit back so promptly. Thank you very much for making our move a less stressful time.

    Rob and his team have been fantastic managing my rental application process! I viewed 2 properties with Property Plus and the servcie was fantastic. Rob was incredibly honest, transparent and accomodating of all of my requests. It's rare to come across agencies with this level of service, I've been with a number of agencies locally and Property Plus have really set the bar high and exceeded all of my expectations.
