   Went into the store this morning with my 2 year old, she was bored and started running around, I was in the process of getting her and telling her to stop when I saw the woman on the till giving us the DIRTIEST looks. Being a mum is hard enough without feeling judged, especially by another woman. Next time a reassuring smile or a "don't worry" would be better.

   Found a really nice bag so splashed out a little. FatFace clothes are cut generously for a comfortable fit so often get something in a sale. FatFace is my favourite place to do a trendy shop for someone in their 30s and the staff here are super friendly.

   Terrible disabled access. There is a sign that says there is a ramp available, but you have to ask in store for a member of staff to get it. I'm a wheelchair user and if I was able to get in store to ask a member of staff if I could use the ramp then I wouldn't need one in the first place. There should at least be a bell to ring if you are in need of assistance. When I was shopping I was on my own and had nobody to go in and ask for me. When I emailed fatface about this they told me I am more than welcome to use their website instead, which wasn't really an answer to my question of whether they could provide a bell to ring for assistance. I won't be using your website, I'll just be taking my custom elsewhere.
