   I was acting for my daughter , in selling her flat . I found all the staff that I had dealings with , at Town Property , to were most helpful, professional, pro active and efficient in the service they provided. On the day of the original exchange of signed contracts , our seemingly genuine purchaser chose to withdrew their offer . Town Property were most emphatic and provided us up a prospective purchaser within days. George handled the original offer and was most helpful to me. I Thoroughly recommend him . His colleague Adrian handled the final and successful offer with equal skill. I would not hesitate to recommend Town Property for selling a property. They did a great seamless and faultless job.

   My partner and I purchased our first flat through Town Property and they were amazing from start to finish. Aimee was our dedicated agent and she was incredible - honestly couldn't fault the service. She was always on hand and quick to respond, she kept us in the loop step by step and even beat our solicitor to the punch on multiple occasions with updates. She went above and beyond for us and we're super thankful to her.    I have just had a thoroughly positive experience with Town Property . The property sold quickly in a very competitive market, and—importantly—at the price I wanted. From the outset the approach was straight-talking, factual and realistic. No hype, no nonsense, just clear advice and solid execution. This was very much a team effort, and it showed. I was only in the UK briefly to list the property and was back in Australia for most of the process, which could easily have made things stressful. It wasn’t. Special mention to the lead agent, Russell Wing, whose handling of the entire process was exemplary. His communication was outstanding—regular, calm and proactive —often going out of his way to bridge time zone differences, including calls after 11:00pm his time. That level of commitment made all the difference. What could have been a nerve-wracking experience from the other side of the world was anything but. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Town Property Estate & Letting.

   After having my property listed with a different agent for a number of months, it became clear they had overvalued it just to win the business and get it on the market. A friend recommended Town Property. Louise was my first point of contact, and she was very reassuring that her team could get me an offer. From the moment Simon came to value the property, he was professional, straightforward, and listed it at a reasonable fee. I had several viewings, and the office staff provided me with detailed feedback after each one. I also received weekly updates on how the property was performing online. As we approached Christmas, I assumed I would be stuck with the property until the New Year. However, Tyrone went above and beyond and secured a sale for me over the asking price.    Could not recommend Town Property enough after the sale of my house. The process was straight forward from the valuation, to the sale and completion! They kept the sale going as smooth as possible and chased the chain and solicitors when the process was dragging due to solicitors.
