I was stuck in getting a part could only order it online. Went to other plumbing places around Norwich got no where. One diy place suggested try here. Came to shop as was unable to find a replacement for my cistern flush, although they confirmed the part was discontinued they were able to help by offering the rubber seals which were the part that failed got me out of a jam. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will be going here first for my plumbing needs.

I have been visiting this place for more years than I can recall. During that time, I’ve only noticed 2-3 staff changes. In many ways, they treat me like family. Ian, in particular, is like a fatherly figure who offers excellent and invaluable advice. While parking can be a bit challenging, once you find a spot, you can get in and out in just a few minutes. Great service. They couldn’t fix the tap gland either but sold me 2 new taps all bits included and kitchen taps working 20mins later. Thanks guys.
