Excellent service. Not only did they source my drainage pipe from their Carlisle branch (I am in Norwich), but once my local branch got it in, they also delivered it on the way home!
I found the knowledge and helpfulness of this company especially useful when deciding which pipes I needed. I initially phoned and spoke to Nick. He spent considerable time answering questions and had far more patience than I would have had. His advice saved a lot of wasted time and money ordering and fitting the wrong products.
Although I am a private buyer who will probably never buy large pipe again , this company (Nick) went beyond the normal call of duty to help accommodate my needs . The price was 30% cheaper than anywhere else , the delivery was 24 hours and throughout the process I was constantly updated.

Norwich JDP offers excellent service and are very knowledgeable about the huge range of drainage products they make, which are top quality. Nick, the manager at Norwich could not be more helpful and has always pulled out all the stops to get me stuff delivered, when I keep forgetting to order enough !
