   Avoid this agency at all costs. I mistakenly transferred £1,725 to my former landlord’s account after not being in contact for over 2 years. Instead of returning the money, he claimed I owns him money previously .The property I previously rented was mould-infested, and the agency showed no concern for my health or wellbeing. I ended up hospitalised with serious respiratory issues, which I believe were directly caused by the unsafe living conditions. Despite this, no support or follow-up was offered by the agency. In my experience, this agency was completely unprofessional, careless, and unethical. Be very cautious when dealing with this landlord or agency. I strongly urge others to protect themselves and think twice before trusting Colin and this agency.

   This letting agency takes absolutely no responsibility for the actions of its student tenants. I've complained countless times without any resolve. The noise nuisance from one of the properties has been incredibly challenging and utterly disrespectful. Every term, it's the same situation and the same excuses.

   I highly recommend this agency. I rented accommodation from them for 4 years whilst studying at the University of Brighton. They are quick when dealing with issues and an honest company. If you are a student looking for accommodation Yes Lets is the way forward. On the plus side no deposit is required leaving you with some extra cash to spend unlike other agencies.
