   Deeply concerned about Hyman Hill’s property management. As a neighbour to one of their managed properties, I’ve personally witnessed the neglect and incompetence of Hyman Hill Estate Agents. The house next door is home to a young single mother and her children, and it’s been left in an unsafe condition for months. Despite repeated reports and follow-ups — including from us as neighbouring residents, since some of the maintenance issues affect our property too — we’ve been met with empty promises and, frankly, outright lies about work being done. It’s deeply disappointing to see a company show such disregard for safety, honesty, and basic responsibility. If this is how they manage homes with children living in them, I’d strongly advise anyone thinking of renting through or trusting them to manage their property to look elsewhere.

   Hyman Hill Southwick branch looked after the sale of my property very efficiently.From putting together the details, getting pictures, colour brochure and floor plan. They vetted the buyers and I have been pleased with the progress of the sale. They have looked after all of the viewings and any access for surveyors which has been great as I do not live locally. Hyman Hill was a breath of fresh air after a turmoil experience with an online only agent - it really makes a difference having a physical branch where you can talk to people, plus someone always answering the phone.
