   Throughout my purchase I dealt with Alexia. She was professional, polite, friendly and most importantly responsive and effective. From the first viewing onwards she delivered excellent service, coming armed with measurements, lease information and answers to all my questions. She knew her property and represented it well with honesty. When she didn't know something, she found the information quickly. She was on hand throughout the process and liaised with my broker and conveyancer effectively. I can honestly say it was a very easy and hassle free process and I would wholeheartedly recommend. It was a refreshing approach to the brown shoe, wide tie, shiny suit brigade that show you around either in a blaze of hyperbole or with a disinterested lack of knowledge. If I was looking to sell I'd feel my property was getting the best representation and as a buyer it could not have gone any smoother. Thanks for the great service.

   I rented a property from this agency for 8 years . In those 8 years, the agency have been nothing but attentive, customer-service lead, and more than anything, personable. When the landlord decided to sell up, I was truly gutted as I had found my 'home', however all the different departments in this agency were supportive and informative, and always kept me in the loop of the sale process etc, to enable me to plan my move out successfully and in time. I'd like to particularly point out Alexia Lawrence, who was just amazing and an absolute credit to this organisation. She was always there for any questions I had, to show support and to literally be a friend assisting with any concerns I had with my move. Thank you Alexia, you're an absolute gem and the company should be very proud to have you .    As a tenant renting a property with T&C for over 8 years, I could not speak more highly of my experience. The team were responsive, considered and fair with all matters that arose and whilst properties of friends and families were rising dramatically in price, T&C acknowledged the market but never put up the rent more than a reasonable amount. This allowed us to stay in our home for so long whilst friends were changing property once a year. Amazing communication, excellent when dealing with issues.    Five stars for Town & Country Property Services, highly recommended! They've been really professional, efficient and friendly over many years as both letting agent/manager for my flat, and manager of the whole building. They have an excellent knowledge of the Brighton & Hove property scene and good connections with local builders and other contactors. My flat had three tenants over 18 years with a barely a gap between them. Recently, they also successfully sold my flat, achieving close to the initial asking price and against my tight deadline.
