   I am absolutely shocked and horrified by the treatment I received at Prowler Brighton. As a well-known LGBTQ+ establishment, you’d expect a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, but instead, I encountered appallingly rude and borderline racist behavior from the manager on duty. Not only was he unhelpful, but his attitude was outright dismissive and hostile. It’s deeply disappointing that a place meant to be a safe and supportive space for the LGBTQ+ community would treat people this way. No one should have to experience such treatment—especially not in a store that claims to serve our community. I will never set foot in this shop again, and I urge others to think twice before supporting a business that allows this kind of behavior. Brighton deserves better.

   Super rude! The shop was empty and we asked the guy behind the counter a simple question about paying with a card, given we have Spanish cards and it's more expensive for us to get cash from a machine. The guy gave us a really snooty, sarcastic answer that was totally unnecessary. It's so sad that people speak to each other this way!

   Bought the “me you us” caged up - three ring cage, just to have it break on the first try with not really giving it much of a stretch, also to later see the same product online at the Prowler official website for £4.95 and I paid £15.95 in store. Seems a bit steep for a in store price difference, very disappointing as I make effort to visit the shop every time I’m in Brighton…
