   Not happy with the on line booking and customer service. I booked tickets on the 20th of December for a film only the 22nd, when I arrived with my two boys we went and brought popcorn and drinks, then when we went to go into the film I was told my tickets were for the 20th and not today ! I never really looked at the email before then but I wouldn’t of booked the for the 20th as we were out and I booked them an hour before the showing was on, I then had to pay again to watch the film then and there and staff said contact customer service and they will help you out, I wasn’t expecting a refund but maybe something as I believe this is an error somewhere along they way but no, nothing, no help what so ever, just told my tickets are non refundable, Xmas is expensive enough so thanks very much for your no help what so ever, Happy Xmas !! Won’t be going there again in a hurry. I also see that they don’t respond to negative reviews !! What a joke.

   My daughter (4) tripped falling up the stairs and one of the workers (alfie, I believe his name was) came over and made sure she was ok and then did a little trick and pulled a candy cane from behind her ear for her to keep. Lovely staff overall but this experience really stood out seeing them be so caring and kind.

   I am extremely happy with this service. Mirza has been incredibly helpful, he guided me step by step on what to order and how to place the order correctly. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very professional throughout the entire process. His excellent service made everything so easy and stress-free for me. I truly appreciate his support and highly recommend him.

   The IMAX auditorium was good, with comfy seats and great sound, however there were a couple of small issues which detracted from the overall viewing experience. The two fire exit signs right at the front of the auditorium were so bright that they shined on the lower corners of the screen during dark portions of the film, I think it would be worth fitting far lower wattage bulbs in them as they'll still be perfectly visible in the dark. Also the lights from the corridor leading to the exit also created an annoying light glare on the screen, not what you expect when you pay for a premium cinema experience. I feel the auditorium could have been better designed in both those respects.

   I love going to the cinema and my husband has a cineworld card and we go multiple times a month atleast once a week and within the past 2 months every single screening we have been to there has been someone talking. EVERY TIME! i understand you cant have someone sat watching the audience the whole film but the absolute lack of staff presence means either having to suck up and deal with people having full on conversations or having to put yourself in the position of telling them to be quiet. gone are the days of cinema etiquette but truly you need to either increase your staff presence through out each screening or have some form of cctv i really dont know but its so unbelievably frustrating and has made me seriously reconsider getting a membership myself because if im paying that much money a year id like to actually have an enjoyable time. please shut up during a film it isnt cheap if you want to chat wait until they come onto streaming!!

   I was served a soft drink by a very friendly staff member. The cinema was clean and attractive, seats are comfortable. Tickets are pricey but I have an unlimited card which is good value if you go more than once a month.

   The movie was great and the services are amazing. If you are wondering what to eat there is a McDonald’s, Wagamama’s, Dominoes, Pizza hut and a few others there is also a five guys nearby and if you want popcorn or something like that you can get one from the entrance to Cineworld. If you want something from Starbucks there is a Starbucks section upstairs which has any frappe that Starbucks would have. So far everything seems good but unfortunately there were these girls who throughout the entire movie were on their phones making calls and kicking peoples chairs including mine and the only reason this isn’t a 1 star is because the Cineworld staff responded quickly and kept an eye out for them as well and when they didn’t stop disrupting the film then they found their ids and wrote down their names on a clipboard which I am very happy about. We also got compensation from the staff as a sorry for the film being disrupted even though it wasn’t their fault.

   Went to see the Minions today at their kids club. Strictly for kids showing and £2.50 a ticket. Dead cheap, free parking all very clean and staff friendly. There is loads of booster seats. Bring your own cushion too as they are hard. It was a tough chilly in the cinema so we sat in jackets. Highly recommend.

   Fantastic cinema, truly emersed by the Dolby sound system and Imax picture. Definitely takes you away from regular cinemas. Staff were friendly, food was super expensive. Expected from Cineworld. Crawley is the worst town in the UK. But this cinema puts a little life back in the area. Would highly recommend and return back here again.

   A fantastic state of the art cinema, which will not disappoint! With first rate facilities, helpful staff & great customer service to boot, Cineworld Crawley, is a must go to venue, for film lovers of all ages. There is also ample free car parking on sire, as well as a host of other food outlets & a leisure bowl also.
