   Saw Robin Hood today. Bored after 10 mins. Little one enjoyed it but the rest or us not. We booked too early before the cast was shown. Didn't know any of them.

   Took a group of 21 adults to see the Opera Boys on 11/9/25. Huge thanks to the staff at the Capitol for sorting out seating and helping our large group get settled we had 2 ladies with mobility issues and the assistance was second to none. Duty Manager Mel and the whole team at the Capitol a huge thankyou. All if our group enjoyed the show and spent today talking about it. With love Carole and the gang from Wakefield Court

   I like the Capitol. I find the atrium area attractive and welcoming, the seating in the theatre is comfortable and you can get some good value cinema tickets here. The bar area can get full if there's a full house in the theatre and sometimes the queues for the bar are too long. A nice alternative is to go upstairs to am additional seating area and balcony - there's an extra toilet up there too. Unfortunately no bar upstairs though. Overall, I always have a good experience here.

   Went to see the kids show Zog. Staff at the door were smiley and welcoming, pointing us in the right direction when we arrived. Bar service was equally on point with recommended snacks to suit children and adults. Inside staff helped us find our seats and kept everything running smoothly. The show itself was fantastic, despite one of the cast members dropping out with illness. The only downside was the other patrons. When lights went up at the end of the show the mess was embarrassing. I took the cups and wrappers the family of 4 beside us had left, but I saw popcorn and rubbish all over the place. A classic display of the middle class having no class at all. But this just shows how great the staff at The Capitol are, being so wonderful in the face of such churlish behaviour. Kudos to them. Overall the experience was great, and I look forward to returning for another show soon.

   Visited today with my children - would highly recommend!! I was very impressed with the customer service throughout: booking tickets, receptionists, cinema staff and stewards. The venue was very clean and inviting. All thoroughly enjoyed our visit and look forward to returning.

   Very modern building with a classic feel inside. Beautifully decorated. Screen One and Theatre are well laid out and seats are comfortable. The bar is a great area for pre and interval drinks.
