   Normally a very good experience. Good prices and no problems except being very cold in the winter. However, today not a great experience. Very cold, but luckily as we expected this so we came with a blanket for our 6 year old and our thick coats. The popcorn was stale and the film that was meant to start at 5pm had still not started after 20 minutes we went to check what was going on to find out they thought it was playing. Now 40 minutes after it was due to start and still no film or explanation as to what is going on just that they are trying to get it working.

   Great value but have overall concerns on accessibility for those with mobility issues. There was a smell of dampness and the heating was on too high.

   We recently moved to Burgess Hill and we were worried we'd have to go all the way to Brighton to watch a movie. We found out about this cinema online and now can't get enough of it. They play the biggest blockbusters, have fair prices and staff are friendly. We usually avoid going to the cinema too often because they cost an arm and a leg nowadays but I think this cinema has reignited our passion for watching movies on the big screen.    This is such a fab local cinema. Good screen, good sound and comfy seats. Its decor may be a little faded, but the ticket prices are super reasonable and we always buy our snacks and drinks at the kiosk because the prices are fair and cheap (not a rip off like big chain cinemas). This is such a gem in Burgess Hill. We always go here :-)

   I love this place. Not the most up-to-date with an old cinema feel. I much prefer coming here, over the bigger Cineworld affairs. Unfortunately only a small selection of food and drink, that is slightly overpriced. All in all a good, clean small cinema with friendly helpful staff. Parking is cheap in the council carpark.

   I love this little cinema. Great prices, absolutely blinding sound systems in both screens. Screen 1 has better seating (more leg room) than Screen 2. Staff have always been charming and helpful. Will not to to another cinema if I can help it.
