Sales people okay, then went down hill delivery 3-4 weeks delayed from original order. Delivery guys okay, had to rebuild the dining table as all what they done was loose and assembled poorly. Then the sofa came with wrong parts, so stuck with incomplete sofa and another 2 weeks of waiting.

A Masterclass in Inconvenience – Oak Furnitureland’s Delivery Service Fails Spectacularly If you’re considering Oak Furnitureland for your next furniture purchase, allow me to offer a word of caution: don’t. Unless, of course, you enjoy being treated with the same level of consideration as an unwanted catalogue through the letterbox. Their furniture may appear charming in photographs, but the experience of actually getting it delivered is anything but. Oak Furnitureland operates under the astonishingly outdated assumption that customers have the luxury of sitting around at home all day, waiting indefinitely for a delivery that may or may not arrive on time—or at all. The concept of people having jobs, responsibilities, or any semblance of a life beyond waiting for their drivers to grace them with their presence appears to be utterly alien to them. Attempting to coordinate a delivery with their team is an exercise in futility. Their so-called “customer service” is little more than a revolving door of scripted platitudes and hollow apologies, delivered by staff who seem more interested in defending their policy than actually resolving your issue. Flexibility? Nonexistent. Empathy? Laughable. Efficiency? That would require basic competence, which is clearly in short supply. Oak Furnitureland has managed to perfect the art of offering the bare minimum while somehow making you feel like you're the problem. It’s furniture shopping at its most infuriating—an experience that leaves you not with a beautiful oak table, but with mounting frustration, wasted annual leave, and a burning desire to never engage with this brand again. In summary: beautifully made furniture, tragically mismanaged company. Avoid, unless your calendar is completely blank and your patience is limitless.

Just bought a new sofa, completely painlessly, from the lovely Rachel at the Swansea store. Cannot recommend the service highly enough, the second time we have bought from this company and both times the furniture and service has been excellent. Looking forward to our delivery now!

Ordered items and paid for assembly. Half of the items had missing components which meant that they were unusable. Fitters said that this is a regular occurrence. Despite several conversations with customer services the missing items have not materialised. Buyers beware this could happen to you!!

I ordered a rustic oak dining table and 4 chairs after waiting 8 weeks for delivery only the table arrived on calling into store a lady in the office said she would look into the delivery of the chairs as only 2 was down to be delivered a week later I never heard from the lady again which i think is bad customer care. After phoning customer services they said it was not possible to deliver all 4 chairs together so had to have 2 more delivery slots for the chairs.

I brought 3 Galloway chairs. One was delivered with no foam in the back and another one has had the base collapse. The base was held by two staples. Quality of these chairs is absolutely shocking. Now a second one has the same fault.
